What is UREC Interactive?
As LSU UREC moves forward, we are proud to integrate living a healthy lifestyle and technology. We now offer online services created to help those who are unable to make it to the SRC still take advantage of all we have to offer. Included in these online services are online GroupX classes, in which the GroupX instructor will help guide you through the workout through video, allowing you to take the class in the privacy of your own home.
