Wild Azalea Trip Recap: Strangers Become Friends

The weekend was free from worry; I felt like a kid again, living with a playful curiosity. I can try to describe it, but it is not something that you can understand, it is something you must feel for yourself.

The Mountains Called…We Answered!

The mountains & chilly nights aren’t what usually come to people’s minds when they think of “Spring Break.” Instead of the sandy beaches, LSU UREC Adventure Education took 8 participants and 3 trip leaders on an up hill journey into the Ozark Mountains.

Hello, April. Hello, Adventure.

The outdoors are practically begging you to get outside this time of year. The sun is shining bright, flowers are in full bloom, and it’s just the right temperature outside. That’s exactly why we’re giving you lots of opportunities to get outside this April.

Participants will be charged a $15 fee if they fail to show up at a clinic, arrive more than 15 minutes late, or fail to contact the Assistant Director of Adventure & Experiential Education at least 24 hours prior to the clinic to cancel their reservation.

Summer 2016 Clinics & Special Programming     Registration begins: April 27, 2016
