About Training Tip Sessions


Do you wish you could ask a certified personal trainer a question? Strength train or cardio first? Exercise first thing in the morning? Best way to burn fat? Barbells or dumbbells? If you have ever wanted to ask one of these questions or one of your own, UREC is now offering you the opportunity to ask for TRAINER TIPS. Each week will offer information on different topics and may include demonstrations which will allow you to try new equipment and/or exercises. Stop in for a tip or stay for a demo! Free to all UREC members. No sessions on 3/5 or 4/16.
