Why UREC?

Since I work on campus, the SRC is close enough that I can go during my lunch hour and workout when it is not busy. I also like how big the facility is and the variety of workout options available.

No matter what your fitness level or activity, UREC probably has what you want to do and maybe some new things to try.

I come for the variety. If you try everything that the Rec has to offer you’ll find something that’s for you. With GroupX classes you get to work out with other people and are motivated by the instructors who get you excited to  be there.
