Want to be a Group Fitness Instructor? Here’s how:

Are you the kind of person who loves creating your workout routine each month? Do you have a passion for fitness and wellness and enjoy motivating others to reach their fitness goals? If your answer is “yes,” then you should strongly consider becoming a Group Fitness Instructor at UREC. Follow the 3 steps below to learn how to become a Group Fitness Instructor.

Step 1. Submit your application. Apply to become a UREC Group Fitness Instructor here.

After your application is reviewed, you will receive an email from the Coordinator of Fitness and Wellness outlining the details and expectations of the audition process.

Step 2. Prepare for your audition.

The best way to prepare for your audition is by creating your program design for the class you’d like to teach. Details will be included in the email.

Step 3. Sign-up for UREC Audition Week April 4-7 or April 17-19.

If you have been marked eligible for employment, you will receive an email from the Coordinator of Fitness & Wellness with a link to register for a time-slot during UREC Fitness Instructor Audition Week.
