If you have ever wanted to ask one of these questions or one of your own, UREC is now offering you the opportunity to ask for TRAINER TIPS. Each week will offer information on different topics and may include demonstrations which will allow you to try new equipment and/or exercises. Stop in for a tip or stay for a demo! Free to all UREC members. No registration required! No sessions on 3/5 or 4/16.
