No matter the age, it is important to understand that we need to collectively raise the standard of healthy living–if not for us, then for those who look up to us.
It’s the Spring semester, you probably have a full class schedule, and staying in shape may be losing the attention it needs on your “list-to-do.” Participate in the TigerFit Wellness Challenge and stay on track this semester with your fitness goals!

What’s the #LSUTigerFit Challenge?
LSU University Recreation (UREC) and the Student Health Center have come together to provide a program that inspires, educates, and empowers students to cultivate active healthy lives.
The TigerFit Wellness Challenge is a FREE nine week program to improve your personal wellness. By enrolling in the program, you will be awarded points for participating in a variety of activities that promote a healthy lifestyle. You must be a student to participate in this program. The TigerFit Wellness Challenge will give you the boost you need to jump start your life!
